I am usually on-again off-again with fitness endeavors, however a couple of years ago I decided to focus on improving my overall health; as part of that, I wanted to get back in the gym and focus on getting stronger. Enrico was so patient with me, and helped me identify my challenges, the exercise styles that worked best for me, and put together a plan establishing my goals. We worked closely together to monitor my progress, and reassess every few weeks. I was able to gain back a lot of strength, and significantly improve my form, and being able to track milestones really helped to keep me motivated. I remember the feeling of successfully reaching my planned 1-rep max on deadlift for the first time - it was incredible!
Enrico is always extremely positive, able to adapt to my personal style, and an overall pleasure to work with. The improvement in my overall health carried through to my pregnancy, and although I took a break from lifting, I was able to stay relatively active through to my delivery.
